Clairetoile processes personal data about you because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself. Here is an overview of the personal data we process:

– Other personal data that you actively provide, for example by creating a profile on this website, in correspondence, and by phone

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old. Unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify if a visitor is over 16 years old. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without that consent, please contact us at support@clairetoile.com, and we will delete this information.

View, edit, or delete data

You have the right to view, correct, or delete your personal data. You can do this yourself through the personal settings of your account. If it doesn't work through these settings or if you have other questions/comments about data processing, please send a specified request to support@clairetoile.com. To verify your identity, we ask you to include a copy of your identification. In this copy, black out the citizen service number (BSN), MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and your passport photo. This is to protect your privacy. will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks.

Clairetoile takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification. If you have the impression that your data is not well secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact our customer service or via support@clairetoile.com.
